No, we are not a franchise.  We are Family Owned and Operated since 1999.

Are your staff Home Health Aides?

Although our employees are trained and have experience in all different fields, they are not licensed health care practitioners, i.e.  not RN, LPN, Certified Home Health Aides or Certified Nurse Aides.

They do not perform any type of nursing service or personal care.

Are your employees insured and bonded?

Yes, our staff are our employees, not independent contractors, as such they are insured and bonded.

How do you screen your staff?

Staff is subject to criminal background checks, reference screening, and motor vehicles screening.  The majority of our staff come by personal recommendations by current staff, clients, and other networking resources.

Whose car does the employee drive for transportation?

Our staff may drive whichever car the client is most comfortable with, whether it be the client’s car or their own car.

Does Medicare or Insurance cover this service?

We are Private Pay.  Although Medicare does not cover our service, there may be some Long term Care Insurance Policies that reimburse clients for our services.  Contact your insurance companies and ask about any policies pertaining to support in the home.

Is there a minimum amount of service needed?

Clients use us on an As-Needed Basis.  We just ask that whenever you do use us, you hire us for at least two consecutive hours.

How much notice do you need to schedule service?

Most of our clients prefer a set schedule week-to-week, while others like to call us up and see if we have the staff available to cover specific days or times each week.

Our office staff write the schedules on Wednesday of the week before.  If you have a last minute request, give us a call and we will do everything we can to try to accommodate it.

How much does the service cost?

Our office staff will be delighted to speak more with you about the service you are looking for, in order to tailor our services to meet your needs.

What hours do you work?

We assist and support clients 24 hours a day / seven days a week / 365 days a year.  We are here when you need us!
